Apropos of NOTHING

Apropos of NOTHING, yesterday’s Nikkei Shinbun was a totally news-free zone. The most interesting story was a piece on the mystery of the low water table in some village out in the middle of nowhere. I didn’t read it but would not be surprised if they blamed the Chinese.

Yes, this blog post title is not a play on words – tricked you – this really is apropos of nothing.
